Plastec - Plastic Pipe Factory Equipment

Smooth pressure PEHD pipes from d 16 up to d 630 mm with the trade-mark Plastec are produced by the most up-to-date extrusion lines from the European leaders “Krauss Maffei” and “Cincinnati Extrusion”. All steps of the production process are continuously monitored and controlled.

Precise devices for feeding and dosing the raw materials ensure a constantly stream of granulate to the extruders depending on the size and the parameters of the pipe in production.

Marking the pipes by using the "hot stamp" method guarantees durability of the inscription as long as the life expectancy of the pipe.

Modern roll up devices allow the delivery of the pipes in rolls of 100 m for diameters from d 20 up to d 110 mm, as well as on drums for bigger pipe lengths.

The constant maintaining of the production parameters combined with the inner-built quality control system enables us:

• to correct even the smallest departure from the norm before reaching its allowable level.
• to guarantee perfect quality of the production
• to offer longer exploitation period of our pipes in compliance with the requirements of European and world standards.

Double-wall corrugated pipes with the trade mark GOFRI made of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) are produced on a last generation blow moulding corrugator line from the European leader “Fraenkische Rohrwerke”,Germany.

The unique structure of the pipe as a combination of outer corrugated and inner smooth surfaces unifies the advantages of an extremely high static resistance of the corrugated surface with the very high hydraulic ability of the inner smooth surface. 

The specific technology of this kind of equipment allows the production of corrugated double-wall pipes with diameters from DN 110 mm up to DN 800 mm to inside diameters DN/ID 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, 500 and 600 mm, as well as to outside diameeters DN/OD 110, 125, 160, 200, 315 mm. The pipes are produced with a pipe length of 6 m, and  diameters DN/OD 110, 125, 160 and 200 mm as cable-protective pipes can be produced also on rolls of 25 or 50 m.

Another special development is the production of IN-LINE coupling, that means belling of the pipe directly during the production process. The integrated coupling presents a final product of a pipe with a connecting element – coupling, and offers a guarantee for a more effective, economical and reliable installation.

The new products are specially developed to fulfill the needs for:

• Sewage pipes ( and  system)
• Drainage pipes ( system)
• Cable–protective pipes ( system)

The product was awarded with a Golden medal and diploma on the International Technical Fair in Plovdiv 2005.
